Jerod Foster is a Texas-based magazine/editorial and travel photographer. His photographic efforts focus on environmental portraiture and natural history, where he is able to devote visual resources to telling individual stories through the photographic medium and multimedia concerted projects. His background growing up in rural ranch country partially inspires him to seek through stories out among his surrounding cultural environment. He is also the author of Storytellers: A Photographer's Guide to Developing Themes  and Creating Stories with Pictures. The Candid Frame #127 - Penny De Los Santos



Penny De Los Santos is a travel and food culture photographer whose images have appeared in numerous publications including National Geographic, Savuer and Texas Monthly magazines to name just a few. Her life behind the camera has provided her the opportunity to travel to over 30 countries to document stories about history, culture and society revolving around the common language of food. She has been honored with numerous awards and grants for her projects and work including College Photographer of the Year,  the California New Media Award and the Canon USA Photography Grant. The Candid Frame #103 - Jo Ann Santangelo

Jo Ann Santangelo is a documentary photographer whose career with a camera began as a pedi-cab driver in Austin, Texas. While studying at the International Center of Photography, she began a project documenting veterans impacted by the United State's Don't Ask Don't Tell policy. She has recently finished traveling across the country where she created a series of portraits with these veterans. Her documentary projects revolve around community and putting faces and revealing the stories of the parts of our communities that many of us do not or choose not to see.
