Nicole Young is a full-time photographer and author. She specializes in food and stock photography and licenses her images through iStockphoto and Getty Images. Nicole is an accredited Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Photoshop and is a “Help Desk Specialist” with the National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP). 

She is author of the books Canon 7D: From Snapshots to Great Shots, EOS Canon 60D: From Snapshots to Great Shots and Food Photography: From Snapshots to Great Shots published by Peachpit Press, along with eBooks published through Craft&Vision. The Candid Frame #154 - Valerie Jardin

Valerie Jardin is a versatile photographer who shoots interiors and architecture where the details tell the story. She also photographs food and loves working with culinary artists on location. Portraiture work gives her the opportunity to photograph people in their environment and capture their true personality.

She also has a passion for street photography, writing and educating other photographers. Penny De Los Santos is a travel and food culture photographer whose images have appeared in numerous publications including National Geographic, Savuer and Texas Monthly magazines to name just a few. Her life behind the camera has provided her the opportunity to travel to over 30 countries to document stories about history, culture and society revolving around the common language of food. She has been honored with numerous awards and grants for her projects and work including College Photographer of the Year,  the California New Media Award and the Canon USA Photography Grant. The Candid Frame #114 - Rick Nahmias



Rick Nahmias is a photographer, writer and visual storyteller whose work has been shown across North America, Europe, and Asia. He creates social-issue themed media projects for foundations, non-profits, corporations and cause-driven organizations. He also shoots freelance assignments with an emphasis on editorial, travel, medical and food subjects.

He is best known for documenting the lives and struggles of numerous marginalized communities. "Golden States of Grace: Prayers of the Disinherited," his traveling photographic, text and audio exhibit which documents eleven marginalized communities at prayer was recently published by University of New Mexico Press. His acclaimed body of work exploring California's agricultural workforce "The Migrant Project: Contemporary California Farm Workers" was published in 2008.
